hugh Hugh C. Kelly - Director

Hugh C. Kelly is an engineering graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. He also holds a Masters in mathematics from Trinity College and a MBA from University College Dublin. He has worked in Ireland, France, Canada, and England in the fields of research, contracting and consulting engineering. During his two years with multi-national consulting engineering company, W.S. Atkins of Epsom England, he attained the Institution of Civil Engineers AMICE (professional examination to chartership) qualification. He is also a member of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland. He has extensive experience in industrial and contract products. On returning to Ireland, he joined Associated Marketing Limited as General Manager and became Managing Director in April 1995. During this time, his international experience has expanded to include the markets of the USA, Middle East, Far East and Australasia. He is currently undertaking a PhD in International Business Leadership, he is a Director of the Irish Exporters Association and a council member of the Asia Trade Forum.

Peter Byers - Finance Director, Treasury Holdings plc - Director

Peter Byers is currently Finance Director of Treasury Holdings plc. Previously, he was Group Finance Director of Heiton Group plc. leaving after the successful sale of the business to Grafton Group plc at a substantial premium to previously traded share prices. Prior to joining the Heitons, he worked as UK Finance Director for the Campbell Soup Company and in a number of senior finance positions in multi-national and start-up companies in Ireland and the UK. He began his career in professional accountancy practice. Since June 2005, Peter has provided consultancy and non-executive Director services to a number of different businesses.

Cormac Cormac McCarthy - Commercial Director

Cormac McCarthy holds a degree in Business & Legal Studies from University College Dublin and a postgraduate diploma in Marketing Practice from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business in UCD. He is also a Graduate Member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland. Cormac joined Associated Marketing Limited in 1997 as Marketing Executive. In 2001, he was promoted to General Manager and then in 2003 to Group Commercial Director. He is also a member of the Board of Home & Office Cleaning Systems Ltd. (a subsidiary of Associated Marketing Limited) and is responsible for the development of the Company's DriSafe carpet and upholstery cleaning franchise. Cormac has significant experience in marketing and sales and also in operations and logistics having managed the companies export client base for many years. His export experience covers many of the markets of Central and Eastern Europe, the markets of the Middle East, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. His product experience covers both consumer and contract, product and service brands.
