Associated Marketing offers client organizations the opportunity to turn their fixed sales administration overheads into costs variable with sales turnover.

Associated Marketing has a proven track record in both domestic and international sales administration. While our service packages are customised to individual clients, typical services provided include:

•  Pre-order Enquiry Administration, e.g. processing and assessing account applications, stock checks, dissemination of sales leads, etc.

•  Multi-Currency Quotations (for national and international sales teams/agents)

•  Sales Order Processing including:-

          o   Confirmations of Order

          o   Pro-Forma Invoicing

          o   Freight/Shipping Documentation

          o   Import Documentation (where applicable)

          o   Export Documentation (including third-party certifications)

          o   Account Statements

•  Sales Reports

•  Bills of Exchange (national or international)

•  Letters of Credit (where applicable)

•  Credit Insurance Reporting

•  Sales Team Support Services, e.g. enquiry qualification, sample order fulfillment.

All of the above services are offered on a fixed fee plus percentage of sales cost. The fixed fee is one-off and relates to set-up costs only. The percentage fee applies on an on-going basis and is directly variable with sales volumes processed.

This service can also be combined with additional Associated Marketing services to realise further economies in fees or to make fees entirely variable with sales.
